A specialized category of grants, known as Simplified Equipment-Only Grants, is now accessible to eligible applicants. These grants offer financial assistance ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 without requiring any cost-sharing or matching funds. Tailored exclusively for equipment purchases, these grants ensure that recipients can acquire necessary tools up to the specified limit. With an expedited timeline, all equipment acquisitions must be finalized by December 31, 2025. Eligible entities include Kansas-based food and farm businesses, nonprofit organizations, governmental bodies, and educational or medical institutions. Notably, previous grant recipients are ineligible to apply during this round.
